These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ab9999 platform. Please read them carefully and in full before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use ab9999. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered using false identity details, or accounts used to abuse bonus offers are subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture without prior notice.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions and time limits. These conditions are disclosed at the point of offer acceptance. Failing to meet wagering requirements will result in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
Withdrawals are processed following satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Processing times, minimum amounts and any applicable fees are disclosed within your account portal. PKR withdrawals via familiar methods such as bank transfers are subject to operator and provider policies.

| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. |
| "RTP" | Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds that a game is designed to pay back to players over a large number of rounds. RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes. |
| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary process by which a Player requests suspension of their account for a specified or indefinite period as a responsible gambling measure. |
To register and maintain an account on ab9999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details or different ones — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the Platform's sole discretion.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. ab9999 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
ab9999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.
We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if we have reason to believe an account is being used fraudulently. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
Deposits must be made using payment methods currently supported and displayed within your account portal. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are communicated at the point of transaction. These figures are subject to change at the operator's discretion and may also be affected by individual payment provider policies.
Pakistani players may be familiar with payment options including bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and digital wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. These names are listed as familiar local payment references only. Their listing does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any payment provider, nor a guarantee that any specific payment method is currently available. All deposits must be funded from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in refund and account review. ab9999 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency or any payment method not explicitly listed as supported within the platform.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have completed KYC verification to the required standard. Withdrawals are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or in the currency of the account, as applicable. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed within the account portal and are subject to change.
Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically and operationally possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified method may be offered. ab9999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including for fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes.
ab9999 reserves the right to delay or withhold payment of a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or documentation is outstanding; (b) the account is under investigation for fraud, abuse of promotions or breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal amount relates to funds derived from a bonus that has not met its associated wagering requirements; or (d) the Platform is required to do so by law, regulatory instruction or court order.
Withdrawal amounts are subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed at the point of withdrawal request. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are borne by the Player.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and any other incentive offered by ab9999 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of acceptance. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet sizes while bonus funds are active, time limits and maximum cashout amounts.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the specified wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements count only stakes placed on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. The Platform reserves the right to exclude high-RTP games, table games and live dealer titles from wagering requirement contributions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Using bonuses in a manner that the Platform determines constitutes abuse — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting errors in bonus systems, or collusion with other players — is prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, ab9999 reserves the right to void bonuses, recalculate balances and/or close the account. Illustrative bonus figures (e.g., PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 referral credits, PKR 10,000 tier rewards) represent examples only and are not live offers unless confirmed by the operator.
Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously without such permission will result in all but the first-activated bonus being voided.
ab9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, restrict or void any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the system. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the Platform reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the staked amount.
In-play (live) markets are available on selected sports, including cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures and ICC tournament matches, subject to liquidity and market availability. Odds during in-play markets fluctuate in real time. Bets accepted during system delays or following a material change in match circumstances (e.g., a wicket falling immediately before bet confirmation) may be voided at the operator's discretion.
Maximum single-wager and daily payout limits apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit, regardless of the mathematical outcome.
Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software where applicable, or by official sports results as recorded by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute about a game result, the Platform's records shall be considered authoritative. The Platform does not accept responsibility for errors caused by the player's own hardware, software or internet connection.

ab9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account has been used in breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity has occurred or is suspected; (c) the account has been used for money laundering or other illegal purposes; (d) the Player is found to be underage; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose ab9999 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

If you wish to close your account as a responsible gambling measure rather than as a general account closure, please specifically request self-exclusion so that appropriate safeguards — including suppression of marketing communications — can be applied.
Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances not yet converted through wagering will be forfeited.
All content on the ab9999 Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, page layouts, software code and trademarks — is the proprietary property of ab9999 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, perform, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the Site.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to access the Site for any commercial purpose, to collect or harvest user data, or to use any automated tools to interact with the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab9999 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from reliance on information or material published on the Site; (d) service interruptions, technical faults or third-party failures; or (e) losses resulting from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ab9999 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are adequate and secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
For Players based in Pakistan, these Terms do not constitute a representation that the use of ab9999 is lawful under Pakistani law. Pakistani users access the platform at their own risk and on their own legal determination. ab9999 is not in a position to provide Pakistani legal advice.
ab9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
